The bottom capsulate of the pots and pans is a special ferromagnetic thermal diffuser with aluminum alloy core that is completely wrapped in 18/10 stainless steel. The campsulate accumulates heat and distributes it evenly and gradually across the cooking surface to allow foods to cook in their natural minerals, fats and moisture.

COOKING SYSTEMS

Magnetic cooking disposes of a wide range of pots, pans in different sizes, specifically designed to prepare all kinds of dishes very easily. The cooking set is suitable for any type of kitchen as well as any personal cooking style.
The cooking systems derive from the masterly combination of high quality materials, updated production techniques and a modern and practical design. All pieces are made of prestigious 18/10 stainless steel, an extremely resistant and hygienic material. The external mirror polishing gives the kitchen a touch of light and allows for quick and easy cleaning. The internal finishing is brush-polished to make the utensils scratchproof. The Knobs and handles are ergonomic in shape, thermal-insulated and allow for a safe grip.
The lids of the pots and pans have been designed with special shape and dynamics to prevent steam leakage. Hence, a steam cushion is able to form between the lid and the base of the pot or pan to provide a natural hermetic seal that prevents the loss of precious nourishing substances and considerably reduces cooking time.

COOKING BOWLS
The cooking bowls are made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel and have several different uses:

Inserted into another pot, they can be used for bain marie cooking.
Overturned and used as a lid, they are designed to be used in conjunction with other pots from the set to keep foods warm.
Also overturned, they can be used in conjunction with other pots from the set to multiple stack cook and can be easily removed with the special suction cup provided with the cooking set.
By using the hermetic lid provided, they can also be used to preserve raw or already cooked foods in the refrigerator.

Bain Marie Cooking
|
Food is inserted into a smaller bowl and placed over another pot from the set containing boiling water. Another larger bowl may be overturned and placed on top of the pot using the special suction cup. This method is used to prepare delicate creams and sauces as well as to heat pre-cooked food or to unfreeze frozen food. This method is ideal to cook dietetic food (minced meatballs, chicken breasts, fish fillets). It is also used when cooking for new-born babies, the elderly or the sick to ensure digestibility and lightness while preserving full nutritional values.

Multiple Cooking
|
By combining pots, pans and bowls properly, it is possible to use the cook set to cook a roast and a side dish like a soup or vegetables at the same time. A special size-adjusting ring makes it easy to stack one pot on top of another. The base of the top pot is able to quickly absorb the heat from the overturned bowl set on top of the primary cooking pot. Previously cooked foods such as meats and harder vegetables can be kept warm using this method while lighter side dishes and soups can actually be cooked from scratch. This leads to energy and space savings and increased cooking control and coordination.

STEAMER-STRAINERS AND GRATERS
  
In addition to the standard elements, all cooking sets include a steaming unit which makes food delicate and digestible. The steamers are practical and indispensable as they perfectly fit the different diameters of the cooking pots. Moreover, their handles are the same as those of the cooking pots and are very pleasant and safe to use. The size-adapting ring is used to position the steamer unit on top of larger pots and to slowly diffuse any excess steam through its small pores. It can easily be placed and removed from another pot thanks to the special lifting shovel included with all sets.
As a nice add-on, all steamers can double as pasta and general purpose strainers. Each set also comes with a special grater which can be applied onto various pots using the size-adapting ring and lifting shovel so that cheeses and spices can be grated directly before, during and after cooking.
 
Boiling food in water leads to the loss of vitamins and mineral salts naturally occurring in foods. Traditional steaming (where large quantities of moisture escapes) also leads to a loss of vital nutrients and minerals. Food becomes mushy and washed out due to the whirling boiling motion or the loss of moisture.
 With the cooking set, food is cooked in a special steaming unit with a pierced bottom which is placed on a pot that contains boiling water or broth. The cooking occurs thanks to the movement of the steam only and the end result is more integral and nourishing food preparation. Moreover, the lids of the pots fit directly onto the steamer in such a way that all moisture is preserved and the maximum amount of steam is maintained within the cooking environment. A steam cushion is able to form between the lid and the base of the steamer and the hermetic seal of the lid prevents the loss of precious nourishing substances and considerably reduces cooking time. Lastly, the fact that food cooks at lower temperature within the cooking systems implies that less steam is being produced and hence there is less steam to be lost. The natural minerals, fats and humidity contained in the food is enough to ensure surprising results and almost full food consistency and nutrient and mineral retention.

Each pot and pan has an easy to use thermometer which indicates three cooking temperatures: blue (cold for very light cooking and warming); green (lukewarm for light and slightly heavy cooking); red (very hot for boiling and very fast and heavy cooking).
